Singing mantras can help you to connect with your inner self; it works meditatively.
We sing mantras and world songs from different traditions with a relatively short text, which is often repeated.
The evening starts with a guided meditation from which we switch to singing.
In between the songs there is a short silence to be able to experience what a song does or has done to you.
Singing mantra gives you the opportunity to experience the light in yourself and to enjoy the connection therein with others.
Everyone is welcome, you don’t have to be able to sing well. It’s about singing from your heart.
